These cities will not accept any kind of equipment, electricity, electronic and transporting which helps to affects our planet. In the other words, they will not allow them to enter to this city, except eco-friendly to our environment and doesn’t produce carbon dioxide. Above all nations that are thinking and applying their plan for cool cities, that means they are one of the developed countries, and civilized, which will have a big mark on the whole world.
